Dive and Dine

The Blue Marlin is a wonderful Restaurant and Bar adjoining our dive shop in West End, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat in between dives! It opens at 8:00 am and offers hearty American breakfasts served with fresh fruit in the mornings, as well as bagels, pancakes, and avocado toast. They also serve great coffee and a wide selection of juices and sodas.

The very popular divers’ specials are available at lunchtime as well as a full menu including burgers, salads and wings. We also have some great vegetarian options which are hard to come by on the island.

The Blue Marlin goes by the 'responsible seafood guide', an index that allows us to know which fish and seafood are allowed to be consumed sustainably on the island. We are an eco conscious Dive center and Bar/Restaurant so we discourage plastic packaging, bottles, straws or cutlery. We go the extra mile to ensure we are sourcing locally as much as we can, and also provide our guests with reusable options to avoid the use of plastic.

In the evenings, Blue Marlin is a great place to hang out with the dive crew and relax after an exciting day of diving in Roatan. Choose from a variety of cocktails or simply enjoy an ice cold beer. Our Thursday night Karaoke party is legendary in Roatan, and we host Trivia nights on Saturdays for those wanting to exercise their general knowledge. Prepare to be entertained!
